Cannot change format of a file in LibreOffice
So, I work on two teaching platforms, and one of them is not supporting odt files. I had Pop OS previously, and I had an option to choose&change format of the file in LibreOffice.
Since I installed Deepin, LibreOffice looks quite weird and lacks many options I had previously. For example, there is no option to choose or change file format any more. How do I solve this? Am I missing something? |
Again, not enough detail.
Please refer to your other thread about LO. FWIW, my LO allows saving in other formats and does not look weird. But I don't use Deepin. Also please keep in mind that this subforum is not some sort of Deepin customer service. We're all volunteers helping each other out. |
You might be running a different version of LibreOffice than what you were previously. Try upgrading to the latest version.

I cannot find LibreOffice Writer in apps.
https://ibb.co/qmx7Tsk But I do have some weird apps which I don't recall installing. For example, this: https://ibb.co/hHTdpk1 How do I remove the ones I don't need and get those I need? Btw, after the system update today, I cannot use ANY keyboard I need. Only the useless American English one. I have 6 upcoming lessons today, and this is my job, I earn for living by teaching languages. I need help ASAP, please! |

A web search for "deepin linux libreoffice" indicates that you are not the only person to have issues with LO on Deepin. One of the articles it turns up may help.
This one looks like a good starting point: https://dnetc.net/correcting-libreof...nce-in-deepin/ |
