How can resolve this problem ?

Not enough information to give any advice on either thread. Don't know if the system is uefi or legacy, if drive is type msdos or gpt. The error in this thread is what one usually gets when trying to install grub using a live iso with out chrooting into the system and/or partition mount points are incorrect.
