Issues with Arch after sleep on laptop

I have installed arch an a Thinkpad T490S. I installed lighdm and xfce4 DE. Everything works great untill it suspends or hirbernates. I have to do a hard restart to get things working correctly. I can get a terminal to work but even when i poweroff the system does not fully poweroff. I get a blinking curser. I have posted a couple of log that i would love someone to look at and give me some advice. Thank you.

Sounds like your challenge may be with the login manager and not the DE. I saw quite a few dbus errors on your logs but not sure if that is the exact cause. You could try to remove lightdm and use startx instead and see if the problem replicates itself.

Sorry, but that's a little unclear.
What exactly happens?
