Question Apache Documentroot Help

Hi Everyone,
I have a little problem with my server in terms of apache documentroot the default root is /usr/local/apache/htdocs and i have multiple users on my server and need it to read the documentroot created by the vhosts file which is /home/username/public_html?

How to i get apache to point to the vhosts config so everytime a user is created it will automatically read the documentroot from the vhosts please?

Apache 2.4
CWP7 Control Panel

Thanks
