Hitting ALT-F9 again will not restore the window; it will minimize the next open window (I learned that the hard way ). Per my testing, you can restore by cycling through your windows using ALT-Tab or by clicking on the window in the taskbar. I did the testing on Mageia v. 8 with Fluxbox and Ubuntu MATE with Fluxbox.

alt-F9 does not minimize the Anydesk full screen window in my case. May be I typed the question in the wrong forum. May be I should have typed it in a Windows 10 forum. Anyway, just in case I will try to make my question clear:
My setup is as follows:
I am in Windows 10 and I connect remotely to a Cent OS 8 computer by means of Anydesk. After using Cent OS by means of a Anydesk connection with a Anydesk windows in full screen mode for a while I want to minimize the window of Anydesk to be able to go back to Windows 10. I know I can do that by clicking on the small icon with the horizontal bar displayed on the screenshot I posted on the link of my previous message. Nonetheless I do not know how to minimize Anydesk full scren window by using a keyboard shortcut.
Does anyone know how to do this?
Thanks
