Do you like DamnSmall Linux but you feel upset with the fact that there are very few manuals and Documentation, if you think you yould like to help others who use DamnSmall Linux, why not contributing to the project?
The DamnSmall Linux community needs help to create a set of manuals for DamnSmall Linux that will help users become familiar with the distribution.

I take it that the two of you don't have a high speed network and/or a CD/RW drive. Downloading DSL and burning a ISO CD image is not that big of a deal, unless you have a slow link, no link, or no drive from which you can create a CD. IF that's the case, places like Almost Free Linux, Edmund's Enterprises, and several others do sell CDs at modest prices.
I found DSL to be a fast Live CD. DSL, CD puppy, and Feather Linux are three of the fastest, lightest Live CD systems I know of, and all of them are downloadable and bootable from CD, and all of them work very well.
