Did you just boot the iso of Dragora or did you do an installation after booting it in VBox? You seem to show a user login prompt, did you create a user during the install? and have you tried that password?
Sorry for the delay but as last I succeeded to create A Dragora vm with Xfce Desktop ( Ice was so boring ...)
Thank you so much for your help : I felt as if a new baby was born on my laptop...sigh
Now we must take care and upgrade it !
I am trying to add Vbox guest add but I do not know how to mount the iso ( that is seen on the Oracle Virtualbox interface ) in order to connect to internet through the Vm ( like I do in Win 7 Vm, Porteus or Kali ...) and SHARE folders between host and guest .
Again I need your help
Thank you so much
Caron
p.s : I was unable to create a bootable live Usb with Dragora...lol!
My first Linux install and I too cannot login. I get the same prompt as in the first post here. I tried to set a username for super user as well as a password, but when it got to the login prompt it would not work.
I found and tried the methods of resetting the password, but nothing seems to change.
Help for the VERY, VERY NEW newbie? Using Dragora 2.2 within VMware 10.
If you are a new to gnu/linux I don't recommend changing root name, it will bring other issues that you may not be aware of. Try reinstalling and using all default settings, beware that dragora might not be an easy distro for a first time user. You can come to our irc channel #dragora and we will try to help the best we can.
I try install de live version (dragora-3.0-i586-beta1-live.iso) on virtual box and i choose comand option there ask me for loging and i tried root and pwd dragora, now i'm verifing what i can do...
