Question multiple packages: emake failed (undefined reference ... dbus)


Hi there!
I have > 10 packages (consolekit, networkmanager, hal, pulseaudio, ...) failing to emerge. In all cases i a confronted with s.th. like:

module-console-kit.c:(.text+0x3a4): undefined reference to `dbus_error_free'
module-console-kit.c:(.text+0x3cd): undefined reference to `dbus_message_get_args'
module-console-kit.c:(.text+0x3ed): undefined reference to `dbus_message_unref'
module-console-kit.c:(.text+0x3f8): undefined reference to `dbus_message_unref'

emake failed
I already tried to expirement with the use-flags of "sys-apps/dbus" without any success. Can you give me a hint how to find a solution?

is this a complete new installation? Is dbus already installed? is it running?

Hi markush!
No, this is not a complete new installation.
Yes, dbus(1.4.0) is already installed and running.
Also i found a related bug-report on bugs.gentoo.org. I hope the problem will be fixed soon. However, strange that a lot of people don't seem to have this kind of problem.
