I also think Jang's book is worth reading. But, since the present book is a little dated, maybe it shouldn't be your only study matterial?

RHCE Red Hat Certified Engineer Linux Study Guide (Exam RH302), Fourth Edition
by Michael Jang ISBN:0072253657
McGraw-Hill/Osborne © 2004 (755 pages)

As for the guy who asked about braindumps, you can go here and download all you want for free:

http://certfiles.com/

Be aware: few questions in the dumps are actually on the test, and -very important- a lot of the answers on the dumps are wrong.

RHCE Guide

The book you have mentioned is not enough for your knowledge. Since I am a RHCE , I will guide you to read this book but as well as you have to preapare for some other topics(like DHCP, DNS, NIS, Printing, Security) and most important is TROUBLESHOOTING. which are not mentioned clearly in this book. So u should go to online help and should join FOROUM and LUG(Linux User Group). they can help your problem in LINUX. Iam also a member of LUG(open-source-tech@googlegroups.com). You can also join and ask your question.

Talking 3.0 Vs 4.0

There are a hell lot of difference are there from 3.0 exams to 4.0 exams. And if you don't write the exam soon enough, 5.0 will have more differences.
