Glad to hear that the installation of inxi -Fxz went well. The installation of inxi -Fxz will is always beneficial no matter what problem develops and is crucial to an understanding of any problem in an OS.
The information concerning locale and locale -a, and inxi Fxz, is helpful in searching out this current problem.
To my limited understanding, nothing is amiss in your OS from the information you have given that would cause your problem. But, I will need to study it further to know what to do next.
If there is anyone else that may shed light on the solution of the problem now is a good time to help out.
In addition to my above two questions in Post # 18 earlier today, I have a very important question.
In the earlier posts the only app that you downloaded, and your friend, that was in Chinese (and should have been in English), was Firefox.
Have you tried to download any other app? If you have, was that app also in Chinese or in English? If you have not downloaded any other app try another app and see whether or not it downloads in English or in Chinese.
The reason why I am asking is that in my search in this matter, in the Deepin Linux Chinese forum (which if you search enough threads there are some English posts), it was reported that the Firefox app in DeepinLinux comes up by default in Chinese.
If that is true, than you need to download Firefox from a different source.
