Differences Between English and Chinese Deepin installation ISO's

What differences (if any) are there between installing the English and Chinese versions of Deepin.

I would like to have an English UI for myself and Chinese UI for another user.

After installation, other than setting language and regional preferences for each user, will I need to install any extra packages for the Chinese user to make it the same as the Chinese Deepin ISO?

Will the UI for the Chinese user be different from that of the Chinese ISO installation pack?

The UI would be the same.

In such case, it is recommended that you try the Chinese ISO, which has all the packages needed for an English user. You just need to edit the /etc/default/locale file to change your system's locale to English. The Chinese ISO has pre-configured settings for Chinese environment, which is sometimes hard to tackle when you install and configure the packages yourself.
