New Install Dual Boot RHEL 6.9 RHEL 7.5 Workstation

I have never done a dual boot with two different versions of RHEL before. I have two different 250 GB hard drives. I plan on putting RHEL 7.5 on one hard drive and RHEL 6.9 on another. Does it matter which version I load first?

Thank you for any help!

Not at all. Better question would be WHY are you loading two different versions of RHEL? And are you paying for this? If not, you won't get updates/patches/bugfixes, and won't be able to easily install software, since you'll be missing access to the online repositories.

If you're not paying for RHEL, then load CentOS instead.

I am paying for it.

I need to perform testing on both RHEL versions.

I'd say "hopefully not". I always worry about little things like UEFI, MBR, gpt, grub[12], os-prober ...
Nothing there that can't be fixed, but the installer may not accommodate this scenario - RH probably expect you to do your testing on a separate machine/guest.
General thoughts only, as I'n not a RHEL user BTW.
