Vector Linux website

Anyone know what is going on with Vector Linux? Their website seems to be down today. It apparently expired yesterday. They had a reasonably active forum with developers taking bug reports, and their repositories seem to be still working. So anyway, if anyone has any knowledge on why their site has been allowed to expire, do tell.

NOTICE: This domain name expired on 08/03/2012 and is pending renewal or deletion.

I am kind of surprised they used godaddy at least for the domain name registration. Guess it is a money issue.
