"kernel panic – not syncing : Fatal exception"


hi guyz

i m facing a problem from few day ...i m very much thankful to u if u find out the solution ...this the error (We are getting "kernel panic – not syncing : Fatal exception" ) showing when i m trying to install red hat linux 5.5 in Vmware .Ans me quick ....Let me know the Quick solution for it .

What are you doing when the problem happens? How far do you get? exactly what has happened just before? Give details on the VM setup.
