@frankbell -- yes, I thought so, too. Comes with the distro, which is the only 'buntu-derived one I use, nowadays. Glad you enjoyed!

Talking Things haven't broke for years with Sid so I had to get:

Code:
sudo apt-get -t experimental --fix-broken install
sudo apt-get -t experimental dist-upgrade
on it!

Back to ^Fedora for the first time, in who knows how many quinquennials? Shouldn't really say anything after such a short play but makes me think: if we design some (e.g.) overly complicated (short lived) hybrid cars, it helps the economy right?

"You see nothing under the hood, these are not the engines you're looking for..."

RHL5 was my first so either way thanks... :redhattip:

Add: like Nike, it announces it's self we see by the user-agent.

^I instantly tried typing 'yum install unrar' because I was troubled transferring some old books to a $30 paperwhite (9th gen) just found at a thrift shop... what the heck is dnf, lol?

It's not "rated" as high as Debian but surely (yes(?) there's a hole in the bucket, tell Delilah) I need to give it way more time... just wait till I revamp Gentoo? Should be more freeing? Specially if I, e.g: https://www.crowdsupply.com/sutajio-kosagi/novena or https://www.crowdsupply.com/mnt/reform

KDE installed no hitch but not so far protonvpn, some errors, tho: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=PFGyhSifqzA, haven't yet tried installing chrome.deb,,, as I'm on non-free hardware anyways so more l8r.

Peace!

Here is my Thinkpad T61 running Kali-linux-2021-2 on the HDD listening to Alice Cooper while Kali looks to see what I cannot.

Been too lazy (computer wise) to use my laptop, other than if I need it. Fedora seems fine for the basics. (ThinkPad T420)

Rawhide seems stable as Sid(-which I find more usable and progressive than Buster (or N\A-ish: Wheezy!)).

Can't remember last installing\running* Debian without less, I.e: netinst, tho I'm using (mainly) non-free hardware for now.

Therefor I shouldn't opinionate over a full deb install or a minimal rpm\dnf for both may feel as corporate as ubuntu?

We'll take what co's ad\d to free and "open" code, even hardware but as they "offset" gray environments buying up green ones, they'll also just cut down different forests...

Next weekend my order's going in: https://www.crowdsupply.com/sutajio-kosagi/novena someday: https://www.crowdsupply.com/mnt/reform/updates maybe.
