The Indy 500 was a pretty good race this year, though not as exciting as last year. The rain delay followed by more rain ending the race early didn't help, but what race there was was good. Hated to see Tux out early. Maybe next year.....

See, note that Windows doesnt have a car because they aren't allowed on the tarmac, right in the 499th lap, after doing great, complete system failure, BSOD, system wipe out, and the techs would run out onto the tarmac with a Vista CD and find out that they only had 511mgs of RAM because of a tire blowout and couldn't run it.
OTOH, the very fact that we're still talking about it, shows what a good idea it was.
True, and we're not the only ones. Just since the race, I've seen "Linux" bumper stickers on cars, and I hear a lot of chatter about Linux on the CB radio, which I've never previously seen or heard.
I've also received a lot more requests to install Ubuntu for my friends, their friends, their friend's friends...
