Compaq doesn't exist any more!

if you are still interested in upgrading your BIOS you can go to the compaq.com website and if you know the model number of your PC then you will certainly be able to upgrade your BIOS. Part of the reason that HP bought compaq is that they always support their products for up to 20 years after manufacture!
