Help Dovecot blocking user

Hi All.

I have A problem, We run a FC5 machine with dovecot and normally all our clients connecting to the mail server is on the private interface, this works fine. We also have one customer who connects to the server from he's home using dialup. For a long time he was working fine, but for some reason now when he connect's to receive mail it justs stay's there, nothing happens.. when I delete and recreate the user the first time he receives mail it works fine, but from then on it just sits there.. A strange thing I saw is that in the /var/mail directory all the users are there, but for some reason the user with the problems has got a .block behind his name.. Maybe that has something to do with it..??

Please any help would do!

Thnx for your time,
Tertius
