is the system still stable


I have post the question about my centos 7.1 is crashed , one volumn is disappeared , then fix the the source disc rescue function

I wonder the system is still stable or not , please advise do I need to re-install the OS ? what I should do at this moment to prevent it have problem again ?

you need to make backup, so your important data/files cannot be lost.
You can reinstall your OS any time. You cannot avoid all the failures, they may happen any time.

except re-install OS / backup , what I should do now ?

Determine what caused the crash? If hardware is the culprit and under warranty, contact the vendor.

checked with the diagnostic tools , do not find hardware error .
