it changes automatically after a certain number of posts.....i think it's 30 for member and 1000 posts needed for guru or addict. i think it's somewhere in the faq.....too bad there's not a "newbie member" title.............i don't think i'll ever loose my newbness!

Nope, its standardized. Only time you can change it is when you hit 1k posts. You can either stay a Guru or become an LQ Addict.
