Question regarding RHCE 6 to RHCE 7 transistion

I have studied for RHCE 6 in the past .
I have been hearing that RHCE 7 will be launched in mid of 2014.
Is it worth to write rhce 6 in the current form which i had studied ?
because i dont know how the IT WORLD will see an "rhce 6" in the "rhce 7" period ,a bit confused here...

any suggestions ?

It will take a while after RHEL 7 is released before it is common. I still see a lot of servers running RHEL 5 although RHEL 6 has been out for a while now.

The RedHat certificates tell something about ones capabilities and although the differences between 5, 6 and 7 are important in real life situations, I've never been in a situation where I was asked for a certification for a specific version (managers tend to care about you being certified, that's it). During interviews it does matter which version(s) you have experience with.
