I have quite simple issue. I have old computer based on Phenom 4 which I don't use anymore. However I have plenty of data, like movies on the HDD.
I would like to build some small, power-safe and noiseless computer to store that data and share it over local network. Since I have 2x 3TB (raid0) HDD drives I need a lot of space. At this point I think the easiest way is to sell this 2 drives, buy one bigger, like 6 or 8 TB for data storage.
So my question is this. What is the best option for my purpose?
1. I don't really care about efficiency. Just 10 megabytes per second is enough. I just need it to watch movies via network or maybe upload some new.
2. It should be small and not noisy. I want to configure it, plug it to the electricity and ethernet cable and forget. Just have it as remote drive on my windows.

ye, RPi4 can be a solution, but other SBC-s can also be used. Some of them have sata ports (like CubieBoard).
Also you may want to use raid or other features (to ensure safety or ...).
As a simple solution you may plug an usb disk into the router too (and no need to buy any hardware) - but obviously it depends on your router - if you have any.
I know that RaspberryPi is the most common, but it has no SATA. Since I would like to have some complex solution rather than computer + usb drive with another power supply I would rather have something:
1. Common with a lot of support and some relatively easy solution.
2. Something that I can close in one box.
Can you advice me some specific SBC (with some case if possible)?
There are a ton online that do what you are asking. I like the fanless mini-itx boards in small cases. Jetway offers some great options. Maybe something like the beagleboard or pandaboard.

(next to cubieboard) you can try orange pi plus 2 (for example), but better to choose what you prefer (including wifi?). I think most of them have some kind of box, official power supply and a huge amount of different extensions (like reset button ....). You can order them in set on ebay, amazon or a similar site.
Almost forgotten: you can also buy prepared SD cards (with preinstalled OS) for some SBC-s.

OpenMediaVault for the OS and you have everything you're looking to do. I have the two piece shell to enclose mine and have been using it as a media server for a few years. The bottom that the board is mounted to is a giant heat sink for the SBC and drive as well. Literally just power and network cable in the back of a fanless unit only a couple inches longer than a bare drive.
For dual drive or raid configs they make the cloudshell, another one I've had running for a few years.
I have a Pine 64 pro with all the parts on order to build another media server to compare them to.
OpenMediaVault has a browser based config. Power on, enter the IP address into any browser, log in. I configure my router to give it a static IP so it never changes across reboots.

Sorry for the delay. I am still dissatisfied. The ODROID-HC2 is good, but has no monitor output. Orange Pi Plus2 seems really good, but sata port are outbox, with no power supply.
Perhaps I am too picky. I need some single-board computer, having sata (or something eles for HDD) including powersupply in one box. Is it too much?

I'm strongly considering one of "ROCK Pi SATA HAT" solutions shown here (spindles not included).
The RPi won't be making much noise. The storage probably won't either if you choose the 4-bay NAS enclosure. I'd think you could use laptop drives which may be even quieter.
I want to have everything in one box. USB hdd means = 2 boxes, and 2 power supplies...

No, that does not mean 2 power supplies. A single hdd can be powered from the usb of RPi. (if the power supply for RPi is good enough). But obviously it is your decision, it was just a tip.
